Now open to emerging leaders of ALL ages!
Upon many inquiries about the age limit of 38, we have taken a good refreshing look at our purpose for this event and we have decided to do away with the age limit! We are aiming for a bubbly young at heart audience, from any age group.
Our PURPOSE for this event is to assist emerging leaders and change agents worldwide (consultants, politicians, artists, bankers, students, entrepreneurs, etc) with taking the next step in their contribution to a sustainable evolution on our planet.
We do this by:
- facilitating the emergence of personal purpose and reflection on talents,
- by offering the tools and the latest applications of theory in the fields of leadership and sustainability and
- by creating a welcoming space that invites you to to let go and grow together.
We are really excited about the seminar and how it is coming together. It is going to be an amazing experience for all of us.
Exciting Trainers Lined up
Barrett C Brown will review the capacities that emerge as we develop our single greatest asset - our consciousness. We will also cover a high-level overview of some of the tools that change agents and wise leaders are using to foster and drive the healthy development of complex social and ecological systems. Other key topics include the shadow aspects of change agency, and personal inquiry into high impact leverage points which can help global sustainability to emerge. Jesse McKay from Pacific Integral, USA has joined the crew! One of his contributions will be about Leadership Agility. He will guide us through experiential work on each of the 7 lines of Leadership Agility plus will share with us something new around Leadership Agility.
We feel very blessed to announce that Chahat (Chahat´s dutch website), the spiritual teacher of our venue Venwoude, has agreed to join us for a dialogue on the shadow and spirit of leadership. More about her and her contribution coming soon.
On top of that Rik Hoevers will share with us how we can cultivate a radically new mindset that can inspire us to make the radical economical, technological and ecological changes that are so needed. His inspiring workshop is titled New View, New Technology.
